You can submit a ticket via email to get support.
To submit a ticket via email, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The text of your email will be added as the description of the ticket and the subject of the email will be added as the subject of the ticket. Please include information required for BlueTalon team to set the severity level and to reproduce the issue in the text of your email. See articles on required information.
Note: You will need to login to the BlueTalon Support Portal to provide input on the Severity Level and other values for other fields. See definitions of Severity Levels.
You'll receive an automated email from BlueTalon support portal with the support ticket number that you can use to track progress of the ticket from the BlueTalon Support Portal. See article on how to track progress of your tickets.
You will receive any updates added by the BlueTalon team via email. You can provide additional input by replying to the emails received from BlueTalon Support Portal and entering the comments above the '##- Please type your reply above this line -##'.
